We are thrilled to announce that we have been shortlisted in two categories for the Event Tech Awards 2015. Firstly, for the Best Use of Technology for Event Analytics, Data-Collection & Insight, for our work with Lodestar, the experiential agency for car giant Fiat Chrysler Automobiles UK. We delivered a robust and accurate roaming data capture solution at Tough Mudder events, the team-oriented 20km obstacle courses held in mostly rural locations around the country. Fiat, via its Jeep brand, had a presence at the events, and wanted to harvest data and leads from visitors and competitors through branded experiences that customers would see as consistent with the rest of the stand.

Secondly, for Best Use of Technology by a brand, for the work we undertook at the 2013 International Motor Show for luxury automotive manufacturer, Bentley Motors Ltd. The company wanted to use its presence as an exhibitor to generate high quality, data-rich leads, as it had done at all its events during the year. Eschewing paper forms and questionnaires, Bentley wanted a solution that would not compromise its brand values of luxury, craftsmanship and power, and would offer its personnel a natural focus for customer interactions that reflected Bentley’s design ethic and visual identity. Bentley collected a total of 862 genuine, pre-qualified leads from the event, using the MSP Gather® app, and these leads were pushed to its internal CRM by MSP. The combination of the iPad platform, and the carefully branded application interface, successfully reflected Bentley’s brand values to its visitors.
