Overhauling the user experience through a smoother more intuitive customer journey
We are excited to unveil a new website providing customers with a better onsite experience. The official launch of data services is complemented with a complete redesign. Looking to reflect our values through transparency, removing all stock imagery to show rather than tell you how data capture software and services can positively impact your business.
As part of the launch client data services are now available to customers and with the separate data capture section on the site, we want to help the users better understand the team behind the brand. Getting a more personal feel by meeting us and how we help our clients, through customer case studies and the testimonials you can now see Gather in action being used in real-world applications. This coupled with the new visual language incorporated throughout the design show much more thought and creativeness going on behind the scenes.
“We're thrilled with the honest, straightforward look and feel of our new website and the Gather brand. We're striving to deliver a transparent, high quality service for our clients and this is now reinforced with design. On top of this we now have additional ISO certifications and are a VW approved supplier, it’s fantastic news.”
Alongside the site launch, we have been accredited with ISO9001 certification representing the team’s expertise with the handling of customer data in a post GDPR landscape. Achieved through presenting the enterprise level security offered to all clients as standard. This coupled with recently becoming a Volkswagen approved supplier means Gather now belong to a select group of trusted data handlers.
The new site will be regularly updated with content and blog posts, culminating the latest insights from trusted sources to present new and interesting thoughts in the industry. With further plans for incorporating videos and animated gifs later down the line, we are actively encouraging customers to revisit for an ever-evolving experience.
