Our History

MSP was founded in 1971 by Maurice Spalding, a motorcycle racer and photographer.

The business specialised in marketing services with clients such as Suzuki, Toyota, Yamaha and Pirelli

In 2003, his sons, Andrew and Hugo Spalding, took over the business

MSP was re-focused and geared towards data services, analytics and software development

MSP Gather® first launched in 2008 collecting data for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Ltd in Pebble Beach, Los Angeles

Today, the business is branded to lead with Gather®

Our product is used by clients of all sizes to collect data from all corners of the globe

Our commitment to quality is at the heart of everything we do.  We believe in the very highest standards across the organisation, from the way we communicate, through to each product we deliver to each customer.  We are expected to deliver the highest quality service and strive daily to ensure we maintain this standard.  We’re proud to say our quality management system is ISO 9001:2008 accredited.

 

Responsibility

We take social responsibility very seriously.  It means a lot more to us than just including ‘positive social impact’ statements in our annual report.  We pride ourselves in that we take an honest and consistent approach to Corporate Social Responsibility throughout the company.  As a result, we work closely with both clients and suppliers in an effort to uphold this commitment.  We also support local charities, are a registered Living Wage Employer and we have challenged ourselves to reduce our environmental impact, year on year.
